AI is reshaping work, but the people most affected rarely get a say. Voices at the Table is a public discourse project that aims to amplify worker and community voices around the question:
What does a fair AI transition look like, and how do we get there?
We are collecting worker, manager, and community stakeholder perspectives across 6 industries into the interactive Voices Wall, to serve as a public forum elevating people’s experiences, hopes, and concerns. From these submissions, we will also invite participants to be part of recorded roundtable discussions in November to dive deeper into topics of concern and policy proposals.
Anyone shares their perspectives (written or by voice) on the public Voices Wall. Named or anonymous.
People agree or disagree with each other’s views, and an opinion map shows where we align and differ.
People with differing perspectives join in-person roundtable conversations to deliberate further.
Findings are shared with the public, unions, partners, and policymakers through videos and reports.
